Return & Exchange
Our relationship with you important to us. This is why we are pleased to offer full refunds or exchanges for 30 days from the date of shipping. We cover the cost of return shipping :)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging. Please note that any additional shipping fees incurred at checkout are non-refundable in the event of a return.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send your proof-of-purchase to email@example.com and we’ll take it from there!
There are certain situations where only a partial refund can be granted. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery, not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our error will not be eligible for a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Partial refund values will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
If you are approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 2-3 days.
